Terms

DramaLabs is operated as a hosted service by Practible AI UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Beim Grünen Jäger 26, 20359 Hamburg, Germany (“Practible”, “we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of that service. Contact: info@practible.ai.
The service
DramaLabs provides an AI assistant (“Nisa”) that works inside your Slack workspace and on the tools you connect to it. Nisa acts on your instruction. Any outbound or otherwise irreversible action — sending a message or an email, starting a campaign, changing something in a connected system — requires your explicit approval first.
Integrations you connect are shared within your workspace by design: other authorised members of that workspace can use them through Nisa, and actions execute with the permissions of the connected account. Connect only accounts whose access you are willing to share with your workspace.
Your account and your responsibility
You are responsible for the workers you run, the credentials you add, and the data those workers process, including actions Nisa takes after you approve them. You confirm that you may bind your organisation to these terms if you use the service on its behalf. Do not use the service unlawfully, or in breach of the terms of the providers it connects to (for example OpenAI, E2B, Composio, or Slack).
Costs
Running workers and chatting with Nisa consumes model tokens and sandbox time. Paid plans and usage limits may apply; the terms that apply to your workspace are the ones shown in the product when you sign up or change plan. Per-user run and chat quotas exist to limit runaway spend, but they do not cap total spend.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. Where a change materially affects your use, we give reasonable advance notice through the product or by email. We may suspend access without notice where necessary to protect the service, comply with the law, or stop abuse.
Ending it
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the Slack app and disconnecting your integrations, which stops further data collection from those sources. Deleting your account also deletes stored data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided as-is. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, and you remain responsible for checking anything you act on. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profit, or provider charges arising from your use of the service. Liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory statutory provisions remains unaffected.
Governing law
German law applies. For merchants, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are unaffected.
