You can delete your data from DramaLabs at any time. DramaLabs is operated by DramaLabs, Inc., a Delaware corporation, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA.

How to request deletion

• In the app — disconnect any connected source (Meta/Google Ads, Gmail, Slack, Drive, Notion) on the Connections page, and delete conversations, runs, secrets, and brain facts directly.
• WhatsApp — unlink the number in Settings. That detaches it from your account and your workspace and stops Nisa answering it; the number itself stays on record as unlinked, and we remove that record on request. The messages you sent are conversation history and are deleted with your conversations.
• By email — write to privacy@dramalabs.co from your account email and ask for deletion. We confirm and complete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and workspace data, connected-source content we cached to perform tasks, your company brain, conversations, run logs and outputs, and stored credentials/tokens. When you disconnect Meta or Google Ads, we revoke and delete the associated access tokens so we can no longer access your advertising data.

Automatic deletion

Disconnecting a source immediately stops further access and removes its stored tokens. Everything else is deleted when you delete your account or ask us to; we do not delete your conversations or brain content on a timer, because your assistant reads them to do its work.
