You can delete your data from DramaLabs at any time. DramaLabs is operated by Practible AI UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Beim Grünen Jäger 26, 20359 Hamburg, Germany.

How to request deletion

In the app — disconnect any connected source (Meta/Google Ads, Gmail, Slack, Drive, Notion) on the Connections page, and delete conversations, runs, secrets, and brain facts directly.
WhatsApp — unlink the number in Settings. That detaches it from your account and your workspace and stops Nisa answering it; the number itself stays on record as unlinked, and we remove that record on request. The messages you sent are conversation history and are deleted with your conversations.
By email — write to privacy@dramalabs.co from your account email and ask for deletion. We confirm and complete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and workspace data, connected-source content we cached to perform tasks, your company brain, conversations, run logs and outputs, and stored credentials/tokens. When you disconnect Meta or Google Ads, we revoke and delete the associated access tokens so we can no longer access your advertising data.

Automatic deletion

Disconnecting a source immediately stops further access and removes its stored tokens. Everything else is deleted when you delete your account or ask us to; we do not delete your conversations or brain content on a timer, because your assistant reads them to do its work.
